The Arizona Center for Disability Law has honored three individuals for their support of people with disabilities in the Tucson area. The Tucson Citizen reports that Jim Click, Ron Barber, and Leslie Cohen were awarded for their efforts.

Jim Click, owner of several auto dealerships, received the Corporate Commitment Award for his employment of persons with disabilities.

U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords’ district director, Ron Barber, received the Lifetime Achievement Award in honor of over thirty years of work at the Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities.

Leslie Cohen, director of the University of Arizona’s Sonoran University Center of Excellence in Developmental Disabilities, received the Legal Advocacy Award for her ten years leading the Center.
